Cancellation Policy

Booking Changes: • You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please contact us to reschedule or update your appointment details. Cancellation Policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 2. Cancellation Fee: • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 25% cancellation fee. 3. No-Show Policy: • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee may be charged. 4. Emergencies: • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us, and we will handle your situation with flexibility.
